Dangerous Horse Riding Beta status and the DEAD tag

Dangerous Horse Riding is a released free Roblox experience by Ikinamada Studio. It went live on 1 April 2025. The official description still says the place is in beta and that you should expect bugs. Separately, the universe name at research time reads [DEAD] Dangerous Horse Riding. Those two facts confuse searchers into thinking the game never launched or already shut down. Neither reading is right. This page separates the marketing sentence, the listing tag, and the join button.

Still in beta — what that sentence means

The description’s beta line is studio copy, not a Roblox access flag. You do not need a test group. You do not need a paid pass. There are no known gamepasses. Anyone can join a 25-player server. Online PvP on the keyboard-key trail is the product. The place is tagged Obby & Platformer, mild violence, voice chat not supported.

Beta in this context means:

• UI moves (shop, daily rewards, any gift box).
• Spawns can vanish. Ice Horse comments say the ice-mountain mount disappeared; badges showed Secret Horse! at about 33,033 ever and 0 yesterday.
• Bugs stay (shift lock if you draw a weapon first — controls).
• Patch notes may be a Roblox event module instead of a document. There is no public Trello.

It does not mean unreleased. It does not mean early access. It does not mean single-player. The experience has 136 million-plus visits, about 2.7 million favorites, and a ~93% like rate. Those numbers are a live game that kept a beta disclaimer.

[DEAD] on the universe name

Roblox API listings in 2026 prefixed the universe with [DEAD]. That tag is a later studio or listing label. It is not an automatic unpublish. At research time in August 2026 the place still accepted joins, still listed Welcome awards in the thousands per day, and still showed an Updated date of 18 August 2026.

Read [DEAD] as a warning that live CCU is quiet, not as a tombstone. If the join button works, the trail is up. If the join button is gone, believe the official page, not this wiki. We will not pretend a prefix is a shutdown, and we will not pretend a prefix is nothing.

Low CCU versus the peak

All-time peak concurrent was about 8,951 on 25 July 2025, in the same month Secret Horse 2 / Gray Stud landed. Later snapshots sit in the hundreds, sometimes lower. Average session time on trackers hovered around six minutes, which matches a short punishing trail more than an abandoned title: people join, fall off a letter key, leave.

Low CCU changes the feel:

• Fewer herds, so the weapon tier list SMG ranking matters less on empty servers.
• Fewer bodies to learn from on corners.
• Secret routes may be empty because the spawn is gone, or because nobody is walking them.
• Codes remain unused either way — none were active in August 2026.

Ice Horse and other maybe-vaulted content

Treat Ice Horse as possibly vaulted. Speed 20 / HP 200 is a player report. The badge still exists. Yesterday’s awards going to zero is the signal. Walkthrough stays on Ice Horse so people who still find a spawn have a route; the page will not promise the mountains. Gray Stud (~28,234) and Flipped Horse (~17,006, November 2025) carry the same yesterday-zero caution on the badges table.

The launch white horse is not vaulted in the same way — it was a 15-minute playtime gift at release and was never a 2026 farm.

Shop color variants from the revamp are the content that is still obviously live: you can buy them with flag coins. If you only have time for one goal in a quiet server, buy a horse you can steer rather than hunting a missing ice spawn. Catalog: horses.

How to check that the place is up

1. Open the official Roblox URL above. Ignore third-party thumbnails that still use the 2025 icon.
2. Read the title. [DEAD] can be present while Active player counts still tick.
3. Read Updated. 18 August 2026 was the last universe update we logged.
4. Join a server. If you spawn in the lobby, the tag did not mean unpublished.
5. Check Welcome / Group Member / secret award ticks on the place page. Welcome still moving means new visits.
6. Skim the studio group shout (7745655) for an actual shutdown sentence. Fan comments are not a source.

If you cannot join, stop farming plans. Do not buy third-party scripts for a place you cannot enter. Do not paste horse-game codes from other titles into a lobby that is gone — they never worked here anyway (expired codes).

What to play while counts are low

Quiet servers are easier for learning the keyboard trail. Use how to play and how to win without a herd shooting you off “G.” Spend coins with the shop planner.
