Horses are the whole game. Dangerous Horse Riding does not give you a character roster — it gives you a first-person mount, a rope, and a canyon. This hub is the index for that roster: shop horses you buy with win coins, secrets tied to badges, and the launch white horse that is no longer obtainable.

How horses work
Each mount has speed and HP. Faster is not always better on letter keys; a high-speed horse that you cannot stop before a hole will farm deaths instead of coins. HP matters because other riders shoot the horse, not your avatar. The starter crossbow deals 20 damage per bolt. An Ice Horse reported at 200 HP therefore soaks about ten clean bolts if nobody else is shooting — enough to finish a careful run, not enough to ignore PvP.
Buy new horses in the shop after wins. Deltia’s guide and in-game store screenshots show a list of colored mounts with unique speed/HP pairs. A community rider counted around 17 horses including secrets. We list every named mount we can confirm on the catalog and rank spend priority on the horse tier list.
Secret mounts
Three live-era secrets have dedicated walkthroughs:
- Ice Horse — badge “Secret Horse!” / Ice Horse. Ice mountains after the first range. Speed 20, HP 200 per player reports. Award count ~33,033 all-time, 0 yesterday — treat the spawn as possibly gone.
- Gray Stud — badge “Secret Horse 2!” (~28,234 awarded). Dark gray stud horse.
- Flipped Horse — badge “Flipped Horse!” / upside-down horse (~17,006 awarded), added November 2025.
The white horse was a launch limited: play about 15 minutes at release. It is a collector note, not a current farm.
Starter advice
Do not hunt secrets on day one. Learn the keyboard trail in Getting Started and how to play. Join the Ikinamada Studio group for the free Group Member badge (about 697k awarded historically). Spend your first coins with the shop planner so you do not buy a glass cannon before you can steer.
The experience launched 1 April 2025, remains free, and still says beta. Horse stock can change in a lobby revamp — the January event already added new horses and a Rope Tool. If a shop row looks different from this wiki, trust the live store and send us the new names.
