Tools Hub

Guides explain the canyon. These tools are the one-screen versions you keep open on a second monitor — or on your phone — while you ride. Dangerous Horse Riding punishes people who improvise: you steer a horse on letter keys, you shoot with travel time, and you spend coins that took several flags to earn. A short checklist beats another 10-minute fail.

Two tools sit under this hub:

  • Controls — movement, camera, shift lock, jump, fire, and the rope reins. Includes the known shift-lock bug if you draw a gun first.
  • Shop planner — what to buy with the first stacks of coins: HP horse vs SMG vs boosts vs checkpoint fees.

Why tools instead of another guide

Getting Started is a full article. The controls page is a table you can screenshot. The shop planner is a spending order, not a lore dump. Use them together: learn once, then execute.

The official place does not ship a practice range. Your practice is live 25-player servers. That is why we keep these pages thin and current. If Ikinamada Studio moves a button in a lobby revamp, the controls sheet is the first file we patch.

Daily rider checklist

  1. Collect daily rewards in the lobby.
  2. Check the codes hub (usually empty).
  3. Join the studio group if you still need the Group Member badge.
  4. Warm up on the first keyboard straight without shooting.
  5. Play for a finish, not a montage — see how to win.
  6. Spend coins only after you open the shop planner.
  7. If you still have time, run one secret: Ice Horse, Flipped Horse, or Gray Stud.

What we will not fake

No interactive damage calculator with invented DPS. No “official” Trello embed (the studio did not publish one). No script executor inside the wiki — scripts stay on the scripts hub with ban warnings. If you want numbers we actually have, they live on horses (Ice Horse 20 speed / 200 HP as a player report) and weapons (starter crossbow 20 damage).

Keep this hub bookmarked next to the tier list. When the trail changes, tools change first.

How these tools fit a 25-player server

Dangerous Horse Riding is online: up to 25 riders share the same letter keys. A controls mistake is not private. Someone with an SMG is already looking at your mount HP while you fumble shift lock. That is why the controls sheet tells you to enable shift lock before you draw the starter crossbow. The shop planner exists because coins come from finishes, not from codes, and a rocket bought too early turns a 200 HP Ice Horse report into a canyon highlight. Use how to play when you need the long explanation; come back here when you only need the order of operations. Ikinamada Studio still labels the place beta, so a lobby button can move after a revamp. If a control in the table disagrees with the live HUD, trust the HUD and tell us which row broke.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Where is the controls list?

On the controls tool page, including camera and the shift-lock quirk.

How should I spend coins?

Follow the shop planner. Buy a controllable horse before a rocket.

Is there an official companion app?
