Ice Horse is the first secret mount most riders search for in Dangerous Horse Riding. The badge name is Secret Horse! The badge description is Ice Horse. Ikinamada Studio enabled it on 24 May 2025, about seven weeks after the 1 April 2025 launch. It is not a shop row. It is an easter egg on the trail, tied to ice mountains that sit after the first mountain range.

Where the ice mountains actually are

ShanKSRT’s location clip on this page is the reference. Two community answers from that video matter more than any rumor:

• It does not have to be snowing. Weather is not the trigger.
• The ice mountains are after the first mountains, from the beginning of the trail. You ride past the opening range, then the ice set appears. You are not waiting on a blizzard event.

Ride the keyboard trail until the scenery shifts from the first peaks into a colder range. Look off the racing line for the secret horse spawn in that ice area. The video is 77 seconds; watch the camera path rather than guessing a letter key from a screenshot. Do not invent a jump sequence you have not seen. If a later lobby revamp moved props, the clip can be stale — that is already the main story of this mount.

You can attempt the hunt on the starter horse. Other secret routes in this game were completed on the default mount by riders who timed a jump. Speed helps less than a stable landing. Enable shift lock before any bow, then holster. A 20-damage crossbow bolt will not help you collect a horse that is standing on a ledge.

Stats, role, and why collectors still want it

Player reports, including the location video’s creator, list maximum speed 20 and maximum health 200. That is a collector’s horse, described as medium/weak, not a must-race mount. Ten clean starter-crossbow bolts at 20 damage would theoretically empty 200 HP if nobody else is shooting and every bolt lands — enough tank to finish a careful run, not enough to ignore a 25-player pile-up.

Compare that to shop horses on the horse catalog and the horse tier list. Ice Horse is an S-tier souvenir and a mid-tier racer. If your goal is flags, spend coins on controllable speed or HP through the shop planner. If your goal is the badges page looking less empty, keep hunting.

Award counts that sit at zero yesterday, with an all-time total that stopped moving, are the loudest signal that the spawn may be gone. Comments on the location video already said “they don’t appear to me” and “its gone now,” and the creator replied that they believe it might return. Treat that as a hope, not a patch note. There is no public Trello. Watch the updates hub and the studio group shout instead of trusting a random “Ice Horse is back” comment.

Spawn may be vaulted — hunt the other secrets anyway

The January lobby revamp added a Rope Tool, new horses, and a rebuilt lobby. Secret spawns are exactly the kind of thing a beta place (the description still says beta) can delete without a blog post. Universe title prefix [DEAD] does not mean you cannot join; it also does not mean Ice Horse was restored. Confirm joinability on beta status, then run the ice range once. If the mount is absent, stop grinding the same ledge for an hour.

Two later secrets still have their own pages:

• Gray Stud — Secret Horse 2, darker stud, about 28,234 awarded, enabled around the July 2025 peak.

The launch white horse is unrelated. It was a roughly 15-minute playtime gift at release and is not a current farm. None of these four were distributed as codes. There are no active promo codes anyway.
